Insurance quotes
If you require an insurance quote on your equipment, please inform the reception staff or if you send the equipment in please inform us in your letter. We will e-mail, fax or mail you a detailed report for you to submit to your insurance company.
If you require the report to be sent direct to your insurance company please supply their details and your claim number.
If your insurance company requires any further technical information or an inspection of the damaged equipment this can be arranged.
Quotation fee/Inspection fee: $49.50 (inc gst) for one camera and one lens other equipment will be extra. This is payable when booked in and is deducted of the cost of the repair. If there are two compacts booked in together the second inspection fee is only $22.00 (inc gst). Any repair under $140.00 (inc gst) will not be quoted. All equipment is inspected by a technician.
